How to manage users

Create a new user; edit, activate, deactivate, or delete an existing user.

To create a new user,

  1. Log into the admin part of the site.
  2. Click on "Users".
  3. Click on "New User".
  4. A page may appear where you may fill a form to create the new user.
  5. At the field labelled, "User Role", you may select one of the user groups.
  6. If you select "Super Admin" for instance, then the user you are creating will become super admin of your site like you, having control over your site like you.

To edit, activate, deactivate, or delete a user,

  1. Log into the admin part of the site.
  2. Click on "Users".
  3. Click on "All users".
  4. A page may open where you may see the list of all the users on your site.
  5. Under the user you want to manage, click on "Edit", "Activate", "Deactivate", or ""Delete".
